The Role:

We are looking for an inspiring and committed Teacher to lead learning in the classroom and shape the educational experience of our students. As a Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, create a supportive classroom environment, and guide pupils in both their academic progress and personal growth.


What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong subject knowledge and an ability to bring the curriculum to life

  • A creative, reflective approach to lesson planning and delivery

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • A genuine commitment to pupil wellbeing and development

  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience teaching across different key stages or age groups

  • Involvement in extracurricular activities or school initiatives

  • Familiarity with current educational technology and digital tools

  • Understanding of SEND strategies and inclusive practices


Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet curriculum standards

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support

  • Foster a culture of respect, curiosity, and achievement in the classroom

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders
